Shipping

We ship all in-stock items within 24 hours of ordering from Weston, MO. If an item is currently out of stock, we will notify you via email and be assured we are working as fast as we can to replenish stock. Time to do so is typically 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the item. We ship all items USPS Priority Mail. We have found that it is the fastest, most cost effective, and reliable method to use. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on shipping address from the items in your shopping cart. Sales Tax is collected for orders shipped to addresses within Missouri.

Returns and Exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days, less original shipping charges, as long as they are returned in their original packaging in new unused (resellable) condition along with a copy of sales receipt. You must first use the Contact Us link to email us about the return and to request a return authorization number. You will be sent instructions via email. Please include a copy of the original packing list with your shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used in the original purchase. It is suggested that you use delivery confirmation service when returning the item as Young Minds At Play is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Reporting Problems

Please use the Contact Us link to email us within 5 days about issues such as receiving wrong item or damage in transit.

Canceling An Order

You may cancel an order as long as it has not already shipped. Refused shipments will be credited the purchase price less original shipping charges.
